General Answers

1. WorldWideClass is your online venue for teaching and/or taking online classes.

If you are an Expert or professional in a subject WorldWideClass offers you the capability to share your knowledge to the World. You have full control over the content, lessons, assignments, quizes and you set the price that you want to charge for your services. You earn 70% for all course fees and $5.00 for every certificate sold.

If you are a Student looking to expand your knowledge you will find WorldWideClass easy to navigate and a pleasure to pursue your interests. If you don't see a class listed that you are interested in please email us help@worldwideclass.com

2. To join WorldWideClass either as an Instructor or as a Student you must first register. Sign up from the home page here: worldwideclass.com

3. If you forget your username and password go here: http://www.worldwideclass.com/cgi-bin/cs/remember.cgi or this form can be acessed from the home page. Enter in your username or your email address that you signed up with and your user details will be emailed to you immediately.

4. No, all you need is a web browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape. If you are reading this page them that's all you need.

5. From your Control Panel you will see a link to add funds to your account. By adding funds to your account you may then enrol in classes, purchase a star review or certificate.

Instructor Answers

1. Your course has to be approved and reviewed by WorldWideClass staff so that we can provide the best classes and intruction to our users. Before submitting your class for review please check for spelling and grammatical errors. This is the number one reason why classes are not approved.

2. Star review classes will be advertised in our newsletter. Your classes will stand out with the star graphic next to the name of your class, you will be featured at the top of your category and your Star review will be evaluated within 24-48 hours. Free reviews will be evaluated with 5-7 days.

3. Yes, you will receive an email letting you know that a new student has paid and enrolled in your class.

4. Once your account reaches .00 or more you can request a check or payment through www.hyperwallet.com WorldWideClass will make payments once a month on the 1st of each month.

5. Once a student completes all lessons, assignments and tests they are eligible to receive a Certificate of course completion. For every Certificate sold the Instructor receives .00.

6. Absolutely, nothing! We will never charge a fee to teach a class. But, you do have the option of paying for a Star rating for your online class.

7. We do not require credentials to teach online. When reviewing/approving a class we look more closely at the content included in the class being offered. Although we do not prevent someone from creating an online class we may refuse to approve a class based on content at our discretion.

8. There is a minimum class cost of .00. How much you charge is up to you. Please remember that you retain 70% of your course fees and WorldWideClass retains 30%.

9. If you class was not approved for submition you will have the opportunity to change/fix your class or add content and then re-submit for review. WorldWideClass will allow 3 reviews on the same class only.

Student Answers

1. You can contact your instructor by logging on to your Control panel and using the email form.

2. We accept all major credit cards for payment through Internet Secure. In the future we will be adding a paypal option.

3. WorldWideClass is not yet an accredited institution. Students will not receive credit for our courses. You will, however, receive a certificate of completion for our classes.

4. Yes, you may join any class that interests you.

5. All of our classes are designed so that you can start at any time and you may take as long as you like to complete the course
