Our refund policy:

If at any time a student is not completely satisfied with their course, they should first contact their instructor.

Your payment will be only refunded if you are not completely satisfied with your class and if you are unable to resolve the issue with the instructor. If you prefer not to deal with the instructor, you can contact Customer Supoort via e-mail at help@worldwideclass.com. Concerns will be addressed promptly.

There is a nonrefundable processing fee of $5.00 per class.
